Return and Exchanges

Return Period
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the returned items must be in their original, unused condition and with all original packaging intact.

How to Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer service at kontakt@emeline.no. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure you keep proof of return shipment.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary between banks, so it may take a little longer before the funds appear in your account. We kindly ask for your patience.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
