Return and Exchanges
We want you to love your Emeline piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to sort out.
Return policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that returns are not free of charge. A return fee of 50 NOK will be deducted from your refund.
How to start a return
Email us at kontakt@emeline.no and we'll walk you through it. Please hold on to your return shipping receipt as proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one — we'll take care of the rest.
