Where can I buy your products?
Our products are exclusively available on Emeline.no

Where is Emeline based?
We are based in Oslo, Norway.

Shipping cost?
Orders over kr 299 ship free within Norway. A flat shipping fee of kr 49 applies to smaller orders.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Norway usually takes 2–5 business days.

Can I return products?
Yes, you can return products within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be registered by sending an email to kontakt@emeline.no. Please note that returns are not free – a 50 NOK fee will be deducted from your refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
